_*पिछले वर्ष में, मोदी सरकार ने पेंशनर्स के लिए एक उत्कृष्ट कार्य किया, जिसमें 75+ वर्ष की ऊपरी सीमा को हटाकर 70+ वर्ष कर दिया गया। इससे अब नए नियमों के अनुसार, 70 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के पेंशनर्स को सीजीएचएस/ईसीएचएस से रेफरल के बिना ही सीधे सीजीएचएस/ईसीएचएस के तहत सूचीबद्ध निजी अस्पतालों के विशेषज्ञों से ओपीडी परामर्श लेने की अनुमति होगी।*__*इस निर्णय से सरकारी कार्यों और पेंशनर्स की परेशानियों में काफी लाभ हुआ है और यह काफी सराहा गया है। उसी दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हुए, यदि इस सीमा को 60+ वर्ष के लिए कर दिया जाए, तो मोदी सरकार का यह कार्य जनहित और ईज़ ऑफ डूइंग की दिशा में बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि होगी।*__*Last year, the Modi government made an exemplary move for pensioners by removing the upper age limit of 75+ years and reducing it to 70+ years. CGHS, known for providing comprehensive health care services to its beneficiaries, is conducting a series of short webinars of 60-90 minute duration with active participation of its beneficiaries to provide information on common health related issues. These webinars are being scheduled at4.00 pm on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Updated: 10 Jun 2020, 11:58 AM ISTNeetu Chandra SharmaAll CGHS empanelled hospitals notified as covid hospitals by state governments will have to provide treatment to such beneficiaries as per norms for all covid-related treatmentsNEW DELHI: Hospitals denying covid-19 treatment under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) will face action, the Union health ministry warned on Wednesday.The warning follows the heath ministry reviewing representations from CGHS beneficiaries regarding difficulties in availing treatment at private hospitals and diagnostic centres empanelled under the scheme.The health ministry on Wednesday issued an order to all Health Care OrganiSsations (HCOs) empanelled under CGHS for strict adherence to stipulated guidelines.As per the order, all CGHS empanelled hospitals notified as covid hospitals by state governments shall provide treatment to such beneficiaries as per norms for all covid-related treatments.“Similarly, it is directed that all the CGHS empanelled hospitals, which are not notified as covid hospitals shall not deny treatment facilities and admission to CGHS beneficiaries and shall charge as per CGHS norms for all other treatments," the order said adding, that action shall be taken in case of violation of the guidelines.CGHS facilities are available in 71 cities in India with beneficiaries under nine different categories.
